Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume times (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. Most packages are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch (U.S. only).
Local Delivery:
We’re happy to offer local delivery within 60 miles of Havana, Illinois!
- Free delivery on orders of $10 or more within 35 miles
- $5 delivery on orders of $15 or more within 35–60 miles
Most deliveries are completed within 1–4 business days. Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to schedule a convenient drop-off time.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues:
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or household members. If it's still missing, contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we’ll do our best to help where we can.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
