Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our items are handmade in small batches, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue. We’re happy to make it right.
Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or broken upon arrival
- Major printing flaw or production defect
To start a claim, please email stephanie@natxisaradesigns.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product.

Additional Notes
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is only covered for approved damage or error claims
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Refund Timing
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
